Stamps.com Store 110% Price Guarantee

What does the 110% Price Guarantee mean?

If you find a lower price at a Competitor’s Store on a new identical item, just show us the lower price and we refund 110% of the difference between their price and our price when you buy from us. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and a Competitor offers it for $90, we will give you $11.

What if I bought it at Stamps.com and find it later cheaper somewhere else?

If you purchase the item at the Stamps.com Store, and later find it cheaper at a Competitor’s Store, and if it is still within 30 days of your Stamps.com purchase, we will refund you 110% of the price difference.

What products will you guarantee?

The item must be identical, including model number, manufacturer(s), pack size, components and/or U.S. warranty if applicable. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from the Competitor's Store.

What products will you not guarantee?

We do not offer our 110% Price Guarantee for items sold in stores other than those we list as Competitors. Competitor's Stores are Staples, OfficeMax, Office Depot, Staples.com, Officemax.com and Officedepot.com. We do not offer our guarantee for items sold by other retailers or other web sites not listed as a Competitor. We do not price guarantee items sold by Competitors at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales). We do not price guarantee taxes and typographical errors. We do not price guarantee Bonus or Free offers, for example, “buy one get one free”. We do not price guarantee out of stock items.

What about coupons and rebates?

We will price guarantee the price you pay “at point of sale”, that is, the item price billed to your credit card upon completing the transaction. We will also price guarantee a Competitor’s final price after deducting an instant rebate. We will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not recognize the mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. For example, if you buy the item for $100 but receive $20 by mailing in a rebate or coupon, we will only price guarantee $100, not $80.

What about shipping charges?

We will not price guarantee shipping charges.

Is there a limit on the quantities of price guaranteed items?

We may limit the quantities of price–guaranteed items, particularly if the Competitor does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

How do I get my 110% Price Guarantee?

Just call our customer service number. You will need to provide the item details and proof of the lower price at the Competitor's Store. We will then verify the price and if it is valid, we will process a refund to your credit card. You must provide proof by providing to us the location of a live, publicly-available web site url or by faxing us a copy of the advertised price. Your refund will be processed to your credit card within 72 hours. You must purchase the item from the Stamps.com Store first to be eligible for the refund. No returns are allowed following Stamps.com issuing you any refund for the 110% Price Guarantee. Contact us at: 888-434-0055
